Great parking, easy booking process, easy to get to, and automatic barriers for entry and exit which recognise the plate so didn't have to do anything extra.

The postcode given is incorrect and takes you to the Hilton Hotel, which is far away from the Blue parking lot. The entrance to the blue parking is confusing as it gives charges for All colour parking areas. The confirmation email sends NO map or directions!! It says transfer bus available, however there was none. Difficult for a disabled person. I reached the airport on time, however the time it took to find the carpark and walk to terminal made me late to check in comfortably. Please improve the communication service. Thanks Sarah Haque

Confusion over the barrier not lifting on arrival, we were expecting number plate recognition, so had to take a ticket, but your Confirmation email insisted DO NOT TAKE TICKET as you may be charged again!?? As we had a queue of cars behind us, had to take the ticket so all through the holiday away I was stressed that we were going to be charged again at the rate of £60 per day!!! Luckily on the return, the ticket was accepted and we were not charged any extra monies. Our flight had been delayed by 5 hours so the stress was even more!!! So relieved to just drive away!!!'

I got told to just drive up to barrier and it recognise my number which it did not , I also had prepaid and when I tried to get out it wanted to charge me over £300 , not what you want at 2am in the morning

Number plate recognition did not work so gave our booking number to the intercom assistant. Getting in was alright getting out was not as assistant would not allow us to explain the instructions given to us when we got in. He was very rude in fact and threatened to keep us waiting all day to get out then suddenly just opened the barrier and let us through

When we went to leave with the ticket we got when we arrived the we was refused exit. Apparently the people (Stansted employees) at the end of the ‘HELP BUTTON’ said that our payment was cancelled !!! The of £74.99 to www.hxpayments.com was taken from our bank account but the ‘HELP BUTTON’ refused us exit until we paid £310!!!! Was this a SCAM it certainly seemed so!! We had the confirmation email from Purpleparking.com saying…. Booking complete. Enjoy your stay. So what happened. After talking to 3 different ‘Help’ helpers we eventually paid £130 So that we could leave. We was given a phone which eventually told us that the office was closed so that was no help. We have tried to phone somebody to explain this problem but finding a phone number for Purple Parking or Holiday Extras is like trying to find hen’s teeth. Peres’s this explanation will make Somebody get in touch with me through my email address.
