On leaving the machine said I needed to pay a further £310. The first barrier got no response to help button so had to reverse and try 2nd barrier. The man answered quickly and checked and let me out. I wonder how many people have also been asked to pay more by mistake?

No instructions as to how to park the car. I was quiet stressed out as I entered the car park I booked and got a ticket from the barrier machine. There was no one around to ask and no phone number. Instructions need to be provided on how to park the car or if the car license plate is instantly registered than that simply needs to be explained to reduce worry and stress for my holiday. I thought I would return and have to find someone to explain the situation just to get my car out the parking without a hefty fine.

Instructions were perfect. Arrived at the airport and car reg recognised. Plenty of spaces free and in the terminal in 10 mins from arrival. Will definitely use Purple Parking again

I have always used and will to continue to use purple parking as I have always had a pleasent experience using this service. The only thing I have noticerd recently is that I have noticed it can be the same if not cheaper to book direct.

On the ticket it could state your booking number when you park so you sure you at the eight place on arrival.

Arrangements ok but didn’t like multi storey car park. Too far to walk FP from terminal. Took long time to find space then get to lift. Nothing like 4-7 mins advertised.

It was so easy I though I had done something wrong-perhaps just tell us to take the ticket and present it at the end of holiday, when you return. It is so close to the terminal. The only reason for not giving a 10 is that for just 4 days it was expensive-approx£85, which for our budget was a luxury we can't often afford

It is very difficult to find parking spaces while at the car park. It would be helpful to have a green light indicator on the roof of Empty spaces to help drivers find empty spaces more easily
