A bit expensive when compared

Improve on entry facility. The car begins us had difficulty having his scanned documents so kept us waiting. We then experienced same and kept the vehicle behind us waiting. We had to call the intercom which took a while to answer. This should have been a swift operation but instead took too much time and we were anxious if we would get through barrier at all

My booking wasn't recognised at the Stansted car park but a card was issued. I had to wait anxiously 5mins at check out with buzzer to speak with attendant who looked it up and passed me out.

Easy to book at good rates. Very easy access from short-term Yellow parking area to terminal. Our car was recognised at the barrier on the way in - even greeted me by name! The exit was just as good.

Road to the car park was blocked off but Stansted staff appeared unaware and did not want to listen when they were told this. They tried to send us to a different car park , a multi storey, which was further away from the airport. I don’t really appreciate paying £95 to have our holiday start off with an argument with parking staff
