Mackadown Lane, Garretts Green, Birmingham, B33 0JD
- Leave the M42 at Junction 6 and follow signs for the A45 towards Birmingham.
- Go past the airport turning.
- One mile further on, when you see the Holiday Inn on your right, go straight on at the traffic lights.
- After about another 1.3 miles, turn right at the overhead lights towards Garretts Green.
- Follow signs for 'Off-site parking (airport) site A'.
- At the roundabout turn right, go straight on for about half a mile, and then turn left into Mackadown Lane.
- The entrance to Airparks is 200 yards down the road on the left, just past Motor Nation.
N.B. Some satellite navigations aren't accurate enough with just the postcode, so please enter the full address.
Arrival Procedure
On arrival park at reception, check in and your car will be parked for you.
Transfer Details
Airparks operate transfers to and from the airport every 25 minutes, 24 hours a day which take 15 minutes. Please allow 30 minutes for checking in and transfer to the airport.

Birmingham Airparks is located about 4 miles from the Terminal building.
Departure Procedure
After passport control call the 0800 number given to you when you checked in and Airparks will send a bus to collect you. After clearing the terminal wait where you were dropped off and the bus will transfer you back to the car park.

"security was not as good because of the reconstruction of the parking area, it appeared to be very INSECURE, and all the vehicles had thick coating of white STONE DUST, we had 2hours travel home and we could smell the dust in the car all the way,the next day I had to have the jet washed to remove this dust/grit. We have parked with you before and we will be parking with you again on Sat9th July 2011 but will ring the week before to see if the work is still on going.

"We arrive back at carpark at 1.30am collected car keys and were told car in bay B had to walk half way down in pitch dark to find car, the road is not very well lit also think car could have been bought closer ready for collection.

"I always use this service when going away. It is easy to book or change details if needed. If you want to cancel and change you can do 24 hours before the booking is due. On our journey to the parking all directions are clear and easy to understand. On arrival security is fantastic, drop off parking is simple. The office staff are extremely helpful, polite and explain everything (instructions)well. The bus is a nice smooth start to your hols. Theres no worries with trying to find where you need to be as the bus drops you off outside departure. I would say the same with the service on our arrival home. Very smooth, punctual, helpful and do want it says on the website. I've travelled with friends who wanted to use other means, such as actual airport parking, and have always used purple parking, they also are inpressed with the price and service provided. Have used parking at luton before, always excellent. there is improvement work currently at this parking. The service is still as good and security is heightened which is nice to see. please pass on my thanks to the staff."

Scruffy site
Complicated parking system and leaving keys in numbered boxes - not easy like purple !!
Not given keys in return shuttle bus like purple !!
At 1.30 in the morning we had a shuttle bus driver wearing sunglasses. I am not sure this is legal, certainly unnerving for passengers. Mentioned it to staff and they said he had hayfever caused by construction dust nearby. Dark glasses may help hayfever but only in light conditions but not past midnight !!! THAT NEEDS FIXING"

"We arrived at car parkat 3 a.m. for an early flight and were told that the first bus was not until 4 o'clock. This would leave very little time to book in at the airport There were several people waiting at your temporary reception room. We had to complain to the receptionist that this was not good enough as your booking arrangements state that the buses will run every 20 minutes 24 hours a day.
Your duty manager was very good and he came to our rescue and had a bus for us at 3.20 but only after pressure from those people waiting.
The car was very dusty when we arrived back at the car park - this I guess due to the re-building work being carried out."

"Tfaffic was bad on journey to airport so would recommend that you allow good time to get there. Snowed in in Berlin and there was no additional charge on picking up the car on return. A very pleasant surprise and will use everytime I fly."

"The car park attendants and receptionist were very helpful. On my return to the car park at 1am on 13/12/2010 I found that my car had a flat tyre. We were allowed to wait in the reception area and one of the men who worked at the car park changed the tyre for me.
I found the employees very friendly and helpful and would certainly use the service again and recommend them.
