Stress Free Meet and Greet are fully licensed and approved meet and greet partners for Birmingham Airport. They also offer both a Mini Valet & a Full Valet service. Please ask your driver for full details.

Cancellations

Cancellations made with at least 24 hrs notice are refunded in full. Within 24 hrs bookings are charged in full.

• From Birmingham City Centre: Take the A45 East towards Coventry and follow the signs for Birmingham International Airport.

• From the M42: Leave the M42 at Junction 6 and follow the signs for Birmingham International Airport.

Arrival Procedure

Please call your chauffeur on 07768 026590 about 10 minutes prior to your arrival at the airport to confirm the drop-off point. If the chauffeur number is busy please call 0121 368 0084. On arrival at the drop-off point you will be met by your chauffeur who will help you with your luggage and then take your car to the airport's Long Stay Car Park 2. Transfer Details

Transfers are not required with this service as your car is collected from you and returned to you at the airport.

Distance To Airport

Your car will be parked in Birmingham Airport's Long Stay Car Park 2 which is located just 125 yards from the terminal.

Departure Procedure

Please call your chauffeur on 07768 026590 when you have reclaimed your luggage. Make your way directly to the pick-up point. When you collect your car from the pick-up point on return from your holiday there is a fee of £1 to exit the drop off car park. The maximum stay is 10 minutes. A prepaid exit ticket will be left on your dash board by the chauffeur for your convenience on exiting the drop off area. If you go over the 10 minutes maximum stay, you'll be required to pay an additional fee to exit the airport car park.

"I have already recommended Stress Free to other people and would definitely use this service again. It made my departure and arrival so much easier especially as I was so nervous about the travelling. When I phoned to check on the procedure I was put very much at my ease - STRESS FREE - as it says on the tin. We did have a short wait on both arrival and departure but I do appreciate that this must be very hard to guage. The chauffeurs were polite, not what I would call friendly but they were obviously busy. Both my Father and I would like to thank you very much for making our journeys more bearable. An efficient and pleasant experience! Can't comment on the car parks security because I don't know where the car was taken but I was assured that my car would be safe and it was."
