Arrival Procedure

Upon arrival

We have number plate recognition in operation at this car park, you no longer need to push for a ticket. Our cameras will read your number plate and issue a ticket automatically. However, if you haven’t provided us with your registration number at the point of booking we won’t be able to automatically recognise you on arrival.

If you experience difficulty and have pre-booked with us please don’t push the button for a ticket, just push the help button and a member of our customer services team will assist you.


Transfer Details

Courtesy transfers to and from the terminals take 5 minutes and operate every 10 minutes.

Departure Procedure

Drive to the exit barrier and insert your ticket for your pre-booked parking to be validated. Once validated, the barrier will raise. If the barrier doesn't raise, please press the assistance button and have your booking reference available to quote to our customer services team.

If you have overstayed your booking, you will be able to pay for the overstay at the exit barrier by credit or debit card.

"Despite booking in advance we were not issued with a ticket automatically when we arrived at the car park and had to ring the buzzer to be issued with a ticket. When we left the car park a week later, again the barrier did not rise and again we had to buzz through and quote the reference number. Not ideal, given it was all paid for in advance to avoid this! however, good reasonably priced parking and we would use this service again."
