PLEASE PHONE THE CHAUFFEURS ON 07894 405753, 10 - 15 minutes PRIOR TO YOUR ARRIVAL.

• From the M5 North: Exit the M5 at Junction 18.
• Take the A4 towards Bristol and the airport for about 5 miles.
• Turn right onto the A38 and follow it to Bristol Airport.
• Follow the signs to the Drop Off Zone.
• Take a ticket upon entry and follow the route to the left of the car park nearest the terminal building.
• You will be met by your chauffeur who will give you a contact number to use on your return.

• From the M5 South: Exit the M5 at Junction 22.
• Take the A38 towards Weston Super Mare.
• Follow the A38 for approximately 17 miles to Bristol Airport.
• Follow the signs to the Drop Off Zone.
• Take a ticket upon entry and follow the route to the left of the car park nearest the terminal building.
• You will be met by your chauffeur who will give you a contact number to use on your return.

Security Measures

All of Bristol Airport's on-site car parks are well lit. They have security fencing, CCTV, automatic number plate registration and are manned 24hrs.

Departure Procedure

When you return from your trip please phone the number given to you by the chauffeur, when you have cleared customs. Then make your way to the Drop Off Zone adjacent to Arrivals, where your car will be ready for you to collect.

Transfers

Your vehicle is collected and returned to you at the Drop Off Zone next to the terminal.

Cancellations

Cancellations made with at least 24hrs notice are refunded in full. Bookings cancelled with less than 24hrs notice and no-shows will be charged in full.
