Cancellations

Cancellations made with at least 24 hrs notice are refunded in full. Within 24 hrs bookings are charged in full.

When you are approximately 20 minutes from the terminal, please call the chauffeurs on 07912 944527 to confirm your arrival time.


  • From the North/West/Exeter - Take the M5 and exit at Junction 29.
  • Take the A30 eastbound towards Honiton and follow the signs to Exeter Airport.


  • From Honiton and the East - Take the A30 westbound towards Exeter and follow the signs to Exeter Airport.

Arrival Procedure

On arrival at the airport, drive to the Short Stay Car Park, where your chauffeur will meet you. Please give the car park entry ticket and £1 to the chauffeur when you hand over your car. If you are going to be later or earlier than your booked meet time, please call 07912 944527 to rearrange the meeting. If you this number is busy please call 01392 363303 instead.

Transfer Details

Transfers are not required with this service as your car is collected from you and returned to you at the airport.

Departure Procedure

Return instructions will be provided by your chauffeur on arrival. You will need to pay £1 at the car park pay station to exit the Short Stay car park.
