Cancellations

Cancellations made with at least 24 hrs notice are refunded in full. Within 24 hrs bookings are charged in full.

When you are approximately 20 minutes from arriving at the car park, please call 07918 685425 to confirm your arrival time.


  • From Exeter: - Take the A3015 towards the M5 and Exeter Airport.
  • At the last roundabout before reaching the motorway, take the 3rd exit onto Moor Lane.
  • Proceed for 200 metres and turn left into Avocet Road.
  • Proceed for a further 100 metres and turn right to enter the car park.


  • From the M5: - Exit at Junction 29 and take the A3015 towards Exeter.
  • After about 400 metres, filter off left as you approach a large roundabout.
  • Proceed for 200 metres and turn left into Avocet Road.
  • Proceed for a further 100 metres and turn right to enter the car park.


  • From Honiton: - Take the A30 westbound towards Exeter and the M5.
  • After passing the M5 proceed for about 400 metres and filter off left as you approach a large roundabout.
  • Proceed for 200 metres and turn left into Avocet Road.
  • Proceed for a further 100 metres and turn right to enter the car park.

Arrival Procedure

When you are approximately 20 minutes from arriving at the car park, please call 07918 685425 to confirm your arrival time. On your arrival at the car park please park your car in the allocated spaces. Unload your car and go to the parking office with your booking confirmation. You will be required to leave your keys with the car park so that your car can be parked for you. You will then be transferred to the airport on our courtesy shuttle bus.

Transfer Details

Transfers to and from the airport operate on demand 24 hours a day and take approximately 7 minutes.

Grange Park & Fly's car park is located about 3 miles from the airport terminal.

Departure Procedure

On your return please call the car park once you have collected your luggage and the shuttle bus will be dispatched to pick you up.
