Cancellations

Cancellations made with at least 24 hrs notice are refunded in full. Within 24 hrs bookings are charged in full.

• From the M8: Exit at Junction 29 and take the A726 towards Paisley.
• Stay in the right hand lane on the dual carriageway and turn right at the 1st set of lights.
• Go straight over the mini-roundabout and under the railway bridge.
• Direct Parking is located approximately 100 yards on the left.

Arrival Procedure

Check-in at the booth and park in your pre allocated space. Go to the customer waiting room or the nearest bus shelter. You will be given a ticket with a telephone number on it to call on your return for collection. The courtesy shuttle bus will take you and your luggage to the airport and drop you off at bus stance 5 outside International Arrivals. Please arrive at the car park 30-40 mins before your airline check-in desk opens, especially in the summer season.

Direct Parking operate transfers to and from the airport on demand which take just 3 minutes. Please arrive at the car park 30-40 mins before your airline check-in desk opens, especially in the summer season.

The car park is less than 1½ miles from the Airport.

Departure Procedure

Either use the free phone in the baggage reclaim area or call the direct line number on your receipt. Make your way to the bus stop area at bus stance 5 outside International Arrivals where you were dropped off and you will be collected and returned to the car park.

"Hi, nearly missed our flight because it took 20 minutes to rebook our details into direct parkings computer at the check in desk. They said the detailed information for their barcoding system had not been sent to them. If this is the normal,then we will have to allow time for the potential delay or maybe you need to supply more booking info. Apart from the above the overall service was good. "

"On arrival at the car park there was a very long queue and it took 30 minutes to get into the car park. We were a bit worried we would be late for check in. Unsure why there was a delay in getting cars into car park. We waited 15 minutes for bus to pick us up but this could have been due to severe weather conditions."
