Facilities for disabled persons

All buses are fully DDA compliant and are suitable for wheelchair use. Assistance with your luggage is available if required from the bus driver.

Maximum Car Size

Mini buses, high sided vehicles, mobile homes, lorries, caravans and trailers are not permitted.

Vehicle Restrictions

Please note that your chosen car park has a vehicle height restriction of 2.1m (7ft.) and does not accept the following vehicles: mini-buses; high-sided vehicles; mobile homes; lorries; caravans or vehicles with trailers.

Cancellations

Cancellations made with at least 24 hrs notice are refunded in full. Within 24 hrs bookings are charged in full.

From the M23 - Junction 9:

• Exit the motorway and follow the signs for Gatwick Airport.
• At the motorway roundabout with traffic lights take the 2nd exit and head towards the airport.
• At the next roundabout go straight over towards the North Terminal.
• At the next roundabout take the 4th exit heading towards Crawley/Redhill (A23).
• Join the dual carriageway and carry on until the next roundabout (Longbridge Roundabout) and take the 4th exit heading back on the A23 towards Gatwick, Brighton & Crawley.
• Carry on over the next roundabout staying on the A23 Southbound.
• At the 2nd roundabout take the 2nd exit onto the Old Brighton Road South (Lowfield Heath/Charlwood).
• Turn left at the mini-roundabout onto Charlwood Road.
• Airparks is located 1½ miles ahead on the right hand side.

From the M23 - Junction 10:

• Exit the motorway and take the 3rd exit signposted Crawley (A2011).
• At the 1st roundabout take the 3rd exit signposted A2011 for Horsham.
• At the next roundabout with traffic lights take the 4th exit towards Redhill/Gatwick (A23 Northbound)
• Carry on over the next roundabout following the signs for Gatwick.
• At the next roundabout take the 1st exit for Lowfield Heath/Charlwood.
• Turn left at the mini-roundabout onto Charlwood Road.
• Airparks is located 1½ miles ahead on the right hand side.

PLEASE NOTE: You will be required to leave your keys with reception as they will park your car whilst you transfer to the airport. Please also note that some Sat Nav devices aren't accurate enough with just the postcode, so please enter the full address.

Arrival Procedure

On arrival at Airparks Gatwick, keep to the left hand lane and drive through the automatic barrier. Park in one of the arrival bays and note the lane number. Go to Reception and present them with your booking confirmation or booking reference and car and flight details. Place your keys in the red key box with the corresponding lane number and then take the bus to your terminal. The bus leaves from the Reception area and calls at both terminals. We recommend that you allow 45 minutes from checking into the car park to reaching the airport terminal.

Transfer Details

Gatwick Airparks operate transfers to and from the airport every 15 minutes which take 10 - 15 minutes.

Airparks Gatwick is located 3 miles from the airport terminals.

Departure Procedure

South Terminal: Proceed out of the terminal & go down the ramps to the lower level. Turn to the right, cross over and proceed to bus stop 13.

North Terminal: Proceed out of the terminal on the same level and turn right. Follow the signs for Buses and then go to bus stop 9 and wait for the Airparks bus.

Once you return to Gatwick Airparks please have your vehicle receipt ready for arrival at reception and collection of your car.

"We were wandering around Gatwick trying to find where your bus was to get back to the car park. We were told stop no 13 or 14. Having walked a long way following arrows to 14, it was wrong with 13 nowhere to be seen or directed to. A simple map on your card would have been helpful."

"I hate where the bus stop is now at Gatwick N terminal as the new place means when it rains we will get wet as it is no longer under cover. It is also a bit of a hike from the terminal building. As a result I may have to go to Long Term car park as they are under cover. "
