IMPORTANT: Any changes made on the day of departure must be telephoned through to 01293 842903.


PLEASE NOTE: On arrival, a vehicle report that identifies damage or marks on your car will be completed, which you will be asked to sign.


FOR SOUTH TERMINAL:

  • Follow the signs for the passenger drop-off.
  • Proceed to the far end past the traffic lights using the right & left hand bays.
  • The driver will be wearing an Airparks cap and carrying an Airparks clipboard.

FOR NORTH TERMINAL:

  • Follow the signs for Flight Departures taking you to the upper forecourt area.
  • You will be met at the "CARS ONLY" lane as signposted.
  • The driver will be wearing an Airparks cap and carrying an Airparks clipboard.

PLEASE NOTE: Our driver will be at the meeting point at your designated meeting time and will only wait for 15 minutes after the meeting time unless you have phoned us, in which case he can be paged and may wait longer if possible.

Arrival Procedure

Please confirm when you are 20 mins from arriving at the terminal by phoning 01293 842903. Your chauffeur will then be sent to meet you at the designated terminal. If arriving via the M25, please call before taking the M23. Please advise Airparks of any delays. If unable to phone your chauffeur will be sent to meet you at the booked time and will wait for 15 minutes. If you did not state the terminal information when booking, please advise Airparks at least 24 hrs before the arrival time.

Departure Procedure

You will be given return instructions when you meet the chauffeur on your outbound departure. If you lose these instructions please call Airparks on 01923 842903/4 when you are ready to leave the terminal and ask for instructions on where to meet the driver.

Transfer From Airport

Transfers are not required as you will be met at the airport terminal.

Your vehicle will be parked at Airparks Gatwick, which is located about 3 miles from the South Terminal Building.

Opening Periods

Service is available 365 days a year.

Cancellations

Cancellations made with at least 24 hours notice are refunded in full. Cancellations made within 24 hours are charged in full.
