From the M23: Drive to Junction 9 and follow the signs to either the North or South Terminal.


FOR SOUTH TERMINAL:

  • Follow the signs to Car Set-Down (Ground Level) and park at the far end just after the traffic lights.

  • Follow the signs to Departures Set Down & Passenger Drop Off.
  • Our driver will meet you at the far end.

Arrival Procedure

For South Terminal: Please call 01293 590943 - 10 minutes before arriving at the airport. Follow the signs to Car Set-Down (Ground Level) and park at the far end just after the traffic lights. Emergency Helpline: 07805 067348.

For North Terminal: Please call 01293 590943 - 10 minutes before arriving at the airport. Follow the signs to set down and passenger drop-off and the driver will meet you at the far end. Emergency Helpline: 07805 067348.

Transfer Details

Transfers are not required with this service as your car is collected from you and returned to you at the airport.

Departure Procedure

A No Waiting policy is in force at both terminals.

For South Terminal: Please collect your luggage, clear Customs and then call 01293 590943. Follow the signs to Courtesy Coaches and wait near the traffic lights. Emergency No: 07805 067348.

For North Terminal: Please collect your luggage, clear Customs and then call 01293 590943. Exit the building on the ground floor and follow the signs to Customer Pick Up. The driver will be waiting with your car in a convenient space. Emergency No: 07805 067348.

"Although the service was excellent, I found that when I started driving on the motorway, the driver's side wing mirror flopped inwards. This is a motorised mirror, and the control no longer worked. I slowed down and moved to the inside lane and tried to move the mirror back, but it just flopped back. When I got home, I found that the mirror had been damaged and some parts were missing from the underside. I have not yet had time to discover what needs to be done to repair the mirror, but often it entails the total replacement with this car model."

"I have only marked the return journey down as compared to the time i used you from Heathrow in April 2010 when the car was outside the airport when i left the terminal. Could have been the traffic around Gatwick and the lack of parking. This will not stop me from using your services again in November."
