All APH chauffeurs wear orange Hi-Viz jackets and carry ID. You will have a pre-booked vehicle collection time as detailed on your confirmation, however should your actual arrival time differ significantly there may be a delay in meeting you, but we will endeavour to be with you as soon as possible. Please note we can only accept vehicles with a valid tax disc and in roadworthy condition.
Cancellations made with at least 48 hrs notice are refunded in full. Within 48 hrs bookings are charged in full.

Please call 08448 717539 or 07793 267974 at least 30 minutes BEFORE arriving at the airport to confirm your arrival time. The Chauffeur will meet you at the appropriate drop-off point and check your booking details and any vehicle damage before issuing you with instructions for your return. Please note we can only accept vehicles with a valid tax disc and in roadworthy condition.
Transfers are not required with this service as your car is collected from you and returned to you at the airport.

Your car will be stored at APH's secure car park, which is located 7 miles from the airport terminals.
Full return instructions will be provided by the chauffeur on arrival at the airport.

"Whilst increasing the cost the meet & greet service saves about an hour each end of the journey awaiting transport to and from the parking area and after a long flight (about 11 hours in this instance) the reduction in stress is well worthwhile."

"We were half an hour earlier than our due time on arriving into Gatwick on our departure date. We rang the Meet and Greet office to let them know that we were earlier than expected. There was a happy, friendly voice at the other end telling us where to proceed on entering the South Terminal, despite being early, there would be a chauffeur waiting, and where to meet him (or "her")being the case. Both on our departure, and on our return, we have nothing but praise. A cheerful face to send us off, and a very punctual and cheerful face to greet us on our return, although our flight was somewhat delayed. An experience to be recommended."
