Maximum Car Size
There is a height restriction at the car park of 2.4 meters (or 7ft 6"). Vans are only accepted if they fit into a normal parking space. Trailers are not accepted at this car park.
Please note that your chosen car park has a vehicle height restriction of 2.4m (7ft 6in) and does not accept trailers.
All APH chauffeurs wear orange Hi-Viz jackets and carry ID. You will have a pre-booked vehicle collection time as detailed on your confirmation, however should your actual arrival time differ significantly there may be a delay in meeting you, but we will endeavour to be with you as soon as possible. Please note we can only accept vehicles with a valid tax disc and in roadworthy condition.
Cancellations made with at least 48 hrs notice are refunded in full. Within 48 hrs bookings are charged in full.

Please call 08448 717539 or 07793 267974 at least 30 minutes BEFORE arriving at the airport to confirm your arrival time. The Chauffeur will meet you at the appropriate drop-off point and check your booking details and any vehicle damage before issuing you with instructions for your return. Please note we can only accept vehicles with a valid tax disc and in roadworthy condition.
Transfers are not required with this service as your car is collected from you and returned to you at the airport.

Your car will be stored at APH's secure car park, which is located 7 miles from the airport terminals.
Full return instructions will be provided by the chauffeur on arrival at the airport.

"Excellent service. Very friendly staff both on the phone and in person. They called us an hour before we due to arrive to check our arrival time hadn't changed (which it actually had) and were there ready and waiting when we arrived. I had left my purse in the car and rang up to ask if it could be put safely in the glove box which was done and the lady on the phone was very helpful with it. "

"Our return journey was delayed by two hours we made contact via the numbers we had been given and received a thank you update. When we arrived at London Gatwick the airline changed our return terminal we again used the numbers provided and the parking operator confirmed we need not use the mono-rail service between terminals as they would come to us. Very easy and efficient service, would use again."

"Overall the service was very good, with great care being taken to check the condition of our car when we left it with the driver at Gatwick, including him taking photos etc and confirming what would happen on our return. When we did return and tried to call the service from the Baggage Halls there was a very poor service on our phone provider which meant leaving the baggage area to make the call to say where we were. Not your problem I know but frustrating for us and maybe you can talk to the phone providers to try to get a better signal in that area of North Terminal Gatwick. As it happens our luggage (unusually!) came out promptly and with our own items almost first so we rang and advised you, then made our way out to the meeting point and probably got there some 10-15 minutes before the car arrived, so if we were allowed to call you before reaching the baggage hall then you would have been waiting for us to arrive outside. The handover of our car was less thorough (What proof of ID have you - Here's the keys - Bye!) than when we left it. We were not encouraged to check its condition or for damage (there was none anyway)by the driver who disappeared presumably to get the next car. Also someone had been smoking in the car - or if not in it then a short while before getting into it. Either way we were very aware of the smell in the car. Overall though we were very pleased with your service and will certainly use it again."

"Only marked down some scores as the initial car park was closed for refurbishment therefore all traffic was using the lay-byes outside Premier Inn which was somewhat congested"

"We would definitely use this service again, given the ease of booking, and dropping and collecting the car. Arriving at Gatwick in the early hours after a delay and then a fire alarm in the airport meant that it was such a relief that you could cross the road and get into your own car that was there within a minute of us arriving. Perfect. Will definitely use again."

"The new drop off/pick up point at Gatwick North (outside the Premier Inn) is less convenient than when it was in the short term car park. I hope some pressure is being put on Gatwick to re-open the car park. Other than that I am quite satisfied with the service."

"Mostly a good service. Directions on the printed form where completely different for the departure venue,which generated some panicky moments,but all went well in the end and no problems were encountered. although the chauffeur was a little late,however as he kindly helped me with my case all was forgiven! Return trip was absolutely fine.Have used the service before, and would use again."
