Maximum Car Size

There is a height restriction at the car park of 2.4 meters (or 7ft 6"). Vans are only accepted if they fit into a normal parking space. Trailers are not accepted at this car park.

Additional Information

All APH chauffeurs wear orange Hi-Viz jackets and carry ID. Please note that the transfer coaches are unable to transport bikes; surf/windsurfing boards or items of a similar size. Golf clubs are accepted. Please note we can only accept vehicles with a valid tax disc and in roadworthy condition.

Cancellations

Cancellations made with at least 24 hrs notice are refunded in full. Within 24 hrs bookings are charged in full.

From the M25 & London

  • Join the M23 at Junction 7 heading Southbound towards Gatwick.
  • Exit the M23 at Junction 10. (Do not take Junction 9 to Gatwick)
  • Take the A264 towards East Grinstead.
  • Continue over 2 roundabouts passing the Dukes Head Restaurant on the right.
  • After ¾ of a mile turn right into a Shell petrol station.
  • The entrance to APH is at the rear of the petrol station and is clearly signposted.

Arrival Procedure

Please arrive at APH at least 45 minutes before your flight check-in time. On arrival at the car park, report to reception with your booking confirmation. Please note we can only accept vehicles with a valid tax disc and in roadworthy condition.

Transfer Details

APH operate transfers to the airport every 15 minutes which take 15 minutes

Gatwick APH is located about 7 miles from the airport terminals.

Departure Procedure

Your car will be delivered to you at the airport. Full instructions for your return will be issued at Reception when you check-in.
