24 hour security guards. CCTV. Purple Parking have been issued with a gold award by the police for security.

Vehicle Restrictions

Please note that your chosen car park has a vehicle height restriction of 2.4m (7ft 6in).

Cancellations

Cancellations made with at least 24 hrs notice are refunded in full. Within 24 hrs bookings are charged in full. Bookings that are cancelled with less than 1 hours notice and no-shows will be charged an additional no-show fee of £25.

Meeting Points on arrival

Our chauffeur, wearing a black jacket with a Purple Parking logo will meet you in the following locations.


Terminal 1

  • Follow the signs to Terminal 1 departures.
  • Drive up the ramp to departures and keep to your left.
  • The left lane will bring you down to the lower level.
  • Your chauffeur will be waiting here to collect your car.

Terminal 3

  • Follow the signs to Terminal 3 departures.
  • Your chauffeur will be waiting for you in the third or fourth lane from the terminal.

Terminal 4

  • Follow the signs to Terminal 4 departures.
  • Drive up the ramp to departures and keep to your right.
  • Your chauffeur will be waiting for you in the second lane from the terminal.

Terminal 5

  • Follow signs to Terminal 5 departures.
  • Drive up the ramp, bear right at sign for Short Stay and Passenger Pick up.
  • Drive under the height restriction arm, keep left and follow sign for Fast Track.
  • At the entrance barrier, take a ticket (there will be nothing to pay).
  • Once inside, follow arrows on road to ROW L where your chauffeur will be waiting for you.
  • Please give your parking ticket to the chauffeur.

Arrival Procedure

Our chauffeur will meet you at the terminal at the requested time. See booking confirmation for precise details.

Transfer Details

Transfers are not required with this service as your car is collected from you and returned to you at the airport.

Our chauffeur will meet you outside your designated terminal.

Departure Procedure

Full return instructions will be issued by the driver on collection of the vehicle. Please note that if your return flight into Heathrow is delayed beyond midnight, we reserve the right to pick you up at the terminal by courtesy bus and drive you to our car park to collect your vehicle.

"Problem on return is always amount of traffic which delays return of vehicle. Maybe this could be speeded up by having the cars for the current few hours already at a holding facility within the airport to await the customer more promptly. After a long overnight flight, it is important to get the customer away quickly."
