Please note that all Heathrow Short Stay Car Parks have height limits.

Cancellations

Cancellations made with at least 24 hrs notice are refunded in full. Within 24 hrs bookings are charged in full.

Bookings that are cancelled with less than 1 hours notice and no-shows will be charged an additional no-show fee of £25.

Important Information regarding our Meet & Greet Service

It is essential that you hand over your keys to our representative at the terminal, so that your vehicle can be moved to our car park. Purple Parking can not be held responsible for any car parking costs incurred, if we are not able to move your vehicle.

As the company cannot verify what items are left in your vehicle, we would kindly request that you remove any loose items such as Sat Navs, loose cash, sunglasses etc.

 


Terminal 1 - ARRIVAL INSTRUCTIONS  (Postcode for GPS to Terminal 1: TW6 1AP)

  • Follow the signs to the Short Stay Car Park 1 (entrance on the ground floor - NOT Short Stay Car Park 1A upstairs)
  • At the entrance barrier, take a ticket (there will be nothing to pay)
  • Keep to your right and IMMEDIATELY TAKE A FIRST LEFT down to the lower ground floor
  • Turn right and drive all the way to the end and bear left after the portacabin (this is not our portacabin), until you are facing the opposite direction
  • You will see our Off Airport Meet & Greet parking bays immediately to your right
  • Park your car in one of these bays (PLEASE do not park in Disabled, Brown Badge or Unpaid ticket bays, as Purple Parking will not be responsible for tickets issued by Heathrow Airport)
  • Lock your car and give the keys and parking ticket to the Handover Captain, who will be waiting for you at his grey desk near the payment machine.

 

Terminal 2 - ARRIVAL INSTRUCTIONS (Postcode for GPS to Terminal 2: TW6 1EW)

  •  Follow signs to the Short Stay Car Park 2
  •  Drive up the ramp, fork right and drive under the yellow height restriction arm
  •  Keep to your left and stay in the lane for level 1, 2 & 3 (the car park entrance on your far left) (PLEASE DO NOT ENTER THE CAR PARK ON THE FAR RIGHT HAND BARRIERS)
  •  At the entrance barrier, take a ticket (there will be nothing to pay) 
  •  Drive down the ramp following the P - Off Airport signs and exit at level 2.
  •  Follow the P - Off Airport signs all way round until you reach Rows A and B at the far end of the car park.
  •  You will see our blue Off Airport Meet & Greet parking bays in Row A (Bays 1 to 6) & Row B (Bays 1 - 14)
  •  Park your car in one of these bays (PLEASE do not park in Disabled, Brown Badge or Unpaid ticket bays, as Purple  Parking will not be held responsible for tickets issued by Heathrow Airport)
  •  Lock your car and give the keys and parking ticket to the Handover Captain, who will be waiting for you at his grey desk in the lift area near the payment machine.

 

Terminal 3 - ARRIVAL INSTRUCTIONS  (Postcode for GPS to Terminal 3: TW6 1QG)

  • Follow the sign to the Short Stay Car Park 3
  • At the entrance barrier, take a ticket (there will be nothing to pay)
  • Drive up the ramp and exit at level 3
  • Follow the road all the way round until you reach Rows A and B at the far end of the Car Park (drive past the first lift area)
  • You will see our Off Airport Meet & Greet parking bays opposite the lifts
  • Park your car in one of these bays (PLEASE do not park in Disabled, Brown Badge or Unpaid ticket bays, as Purple Parking will not be held responsible for tickets issued by Heathrow Airport)
  • Lock your car and give the keys and parking ticket to the Handover Captain, who will be waiting for you at his grey desk in the lift area near the payment machine.

 

Terminal 4 - ARRIVAL INSTRUCTIONS  (Postcode for GPS to Terminal 4: TW6 3XA)

  • Follow the signs to short stay car park.
  • Drive up the ramp and keep to your right
  • At the entrance barrier, take a ticket (there will be nothing to pay)
  • Drive down the ramp and exit at Level 2
  • Drive straight to the end of Level 2 and turn right following the exit signs.
  • You will see our Off Airport Meet & Greet parking bays opposite the lifts.
  • Park your car in one of these bays. (PLEASE do not park in Disabled, Brown Badge or Unpaid ticket bays, as Purple Parking will not be held responsible for tickets issued by Heathrow Airport)
  • Lock your car and give the keys and parking ticket to the Handover Captain, who will be waiting for you at his grey desk near the lift area.

 

Terminal 5 - ARRIVAL INSTRUCTIONS  (Postcode for GPS to Terminal 5: TW6 2GA)

  • Follow signs for Short stay Passenger pick-up
  • Drive up the ramp, filter to the right and drive under the yellow height restriction arm
  • KEEP to your LEFT and follow the signs for Short stay Level 4.
  • Follow the Avis signs towards the third set of barriers.
  • At the entrance barrier, take a ticket (there will be nothing to pay).
  • Once inside, follow the arrows and the P - Off Airport signs to the end of the car park to ROW R & S.
  • You will see our Off Airport Meet & Greet parking bays opposite the lifts.
  • Park in one of these bays (PLEASE do not park in Disabled, Brown Badge or Unpaid ticket bays, as Purple Parking will not be held responsible for tickets issued by Heathrow Airport)
  • Lock your car and give the keys and parking ticket to the Handover Captain, who will be waiting for you at his grey desk in the lift area near the payment machine.

 

Arrival Procedure

Our Handover Captain will meet you at the airport at the requested time. Your booking confirmation email will contain precise details.

Transfer Details

Transfers are not required with this service as your car is collected from you and returned to you at the airport.

Departure Procedure

Full return instructions will be issued by the driver on collection of the vehicle. Please note that if your return flight into Heathrow is delayed beyond midnight, we reserve the right to pick you up at the terminal by courtesy bus and drive you to our car park to collect your vehicle.

"This is an excellent service which I have used many times. However, this time was a little different. Due to problems in Munich Airport my Scheduled British Airways flight was cancelled and my wife and I were eventually rescheduled onto a later Lufthansa flight. Not only were we now on a different flight operated by a different airline but also coming into a different Terminal, Terminal One and not Terminal Five, at a totally different time. This was all dealt with efficiently by the operating centre. On arrival at Terminal One there was our car waiting for us. A really magnificient service from efficient and friendly people.
