24 hour security guards. CCTV. Purple Parking have been issued with a gold award by the police for security.

Please note that all Heathrow Short Stay Car Parks have height limits.

Cancellations

Cancellations made with at least 24 hrs notice are refunded in full. Within 24 hrs bookings are charged in full.

Bookings that are cancelled with less than 1 hours notice and no-shows will be charged an additional no-show fee of £25.

Arrival Procedure

Our Handover Captain will meet you at the airport at the requested time. Your booking confirmation email will contain precise details.

Transfer Details

Transfers are not required with this service as your car is collected from you and returned to you at the airport.

Departure Procedure

Full return instructions will be issued by the driver on collection of the vehicle. Please note that if your return flight into Heathrow is delayed beyond midnight, we reserve the right to pick you up at the terminal by courtesy bus and drive you to our car park to collect your vehicle.

"I returned from my trip to find that my car was still in the car park and could not be driven, because my key fob battery had died when I left the vehicle with the Meet and Greet service. I had to summon the AA to resurrect the car. I cannot speak highly enough of the Purple Parking manager on duty at the time. He was extremely sympathetic and accommodating gave me useful advice for the AA, voided the Purple Parking charge, and assisted me in obtaining a reduction in the car park charge. He turned what could have been a miserable episode into a relatively painless one. Thank you! [NB I have given 3 stars above against some services I didn't use.]"

"Hi - I've been using your meet and greet service for 8 or so years now and I usually fly every week. I think your overall service is improving - and it's so much better now that the cars are there before you arrive back at the terminal! I think the next step, if you wanted to really take it that extra step, is to drastically improve the flight and traffic information available. Create a mobile application, have it allow you to see where traffic is snarled up. Honestly, that would be worth a lot in terms of retention most passengers on arriving back just want to get in their car and get home as soon as possible - but there's nothing more frustrating than having to gamble on the decision as to whether to jump out from T5 to the M25 or go via the back roads, and then taking the wrong decision!! Seriously, if you don't do this, one of your competitors will, sooner or later..Thanks, Andrew"
