Cancellations made with at least 24 hrs notice are refunded in full. Within 24 hrs bookings are charged in full.

"You provide an excellent service - hence my repeated use. Do I have any negative comments? Not really, but if I were being picky I would note that there is sometimes a little bit of a wait to be transferred over to the airport. This means that the time can feel quite tight (eg at peak traffic times when getting to the car park and then to the airport takes longer than normal). The waiting area isn't terribly comfortable..... MINOR POINTS though in the greater scheme of things! THANK YOU FOR ALL YOUR HELP OVER THE YEARS. "

"Perhaps better direction for chaffeur delivery at Heathrow Terminal 3 Simple "at the furthest spot" is not sufficient and I had to go searching in the rain. I was a 500am delivery so was dark. "

"On phoning aftyer landing I found that i could hardly hear the voice of the person I was speaking to. There was a lot of noise at the airport and I deliberately found a quiet place before phoning. However, I heard clearly that your driver had arrived even 3 minutes before my call and we found him immediately. The strip card with your number and directions, were not of the best in that on the right hand side of the card the printing was barely visible"
