"Apart from my own confusion as to where to park on arrival, (I ended up in the section where cars are moved to by the staff drivers! One of them kindly stopped and pointed me in the right direction) this was a very impressive service all round. I was slightly concerned that the distance from T5 would be an issue, but in both directions we were on a minibus and moving within seconds. Check in and return key retrieval worked a treat. Will definitely use Purple Parking Business again."

"Excellent service! Would use again and recommend, just one issue with arrival at check in, check-in lane is clearly highlighted as a bus lane, so you end having to go around the system again to check-in.I noticed most other cars also made the same mistake as us, something to look into perhaps! Otherwise first class service!"
