"The outbound driver was a credit to your business, friendly, polite and helpful. The return driver was the exact opposite didn't utter a word just held his hand out for ticket and we were left load our own luggage into the trailer. Several people got into the mini bus with all their luggage and sat in the front most seats blocking the gangway with their luggage and making it difficult to access the remaining seats further back."

"Over the past few weeks I have suffered increasing and significant delays in being collected form the airport, on two occasions it took over an hour. The second time I called to try to explain how long I had been waiting and was put on hold. Unfortaunately the centre then hung up. This can be confirmed by a member of staff from Purple who was with me at the time. On return, the manager at Bath road explained that delays were due to ongoing issues with the call centre. "

"The only problem we experienced for this booking was that, unlike previous arrivals back from holiday, there were several other customers that were also waiting at bus stop 22 for a courtesy shuttle back to the car park. We did not know at the time but the first shuttle bus that arrived was for a different car park and our bags were put into the trailer prior to the driver checking our ticket. We then had to get them back off, and my partner out of the minibus to wait for the correct bus to arrive, fortunately we did not have to wait long. We were not the only customers to experience this problem which was unfortunate after a long journey home when the weather was poor (although that is outside of your control of course."

"Not having used the service before we didn't know there were different colours on the retained slip depending on standard or business bookings. We got on a minibus leaving the driver loading the luggage then when he asked for the slip were told we were on the wrong bus and to wait for a silver one. We were not the only people doing the same thing"

"Departure bus was very tardy, and when I asked a staff member if there was a bus to T3 he stared at me as though I was stupid. I had to encourage him to speak... On return the bus was better for timing but there was some confusion caused by the office about who was to be picked up where. When we got to the car park we were told our Car was still on an upper level, although I could see it in the collection area. Then somebody else's keys were in a bag with our details. Finally after some to-ing and fro-ing to the barrier booth by the driver, somebody came out with our keys. In fairness, my name was similar to the other party's, and it was definitely the office having the mix up, the driver was mist courteous and helpful. This was the only time I've had some silliness.... Usually my only slight complaint is the tardiness Of buses both ways. Loses some if the benefit of being closer to the airport (I've used purple Parking a lot, and the buses leaving for lhr are more frequent and the pick up seems quicker if anything. "

"The whole experience was great, there was a bus waiting to take us to the airport on departure. On our return we called the office and hen we came out of the airport there was a bus waiting to meet us. It was well run and very efficient, I would definitely use purple parking again"
