"An excellent service that we have enjoyed several times. I am always impressed by the professionalism and customer service standards that you create in your staff. I have never found cause to even begin to look for negative comment so thank you this is rare these days. My only difficulty is finding this particular service i.e. drop off and car at terminal, on the web. Of course it is there but it is not easy and it could (should?) be more clearly defined so I don't have to search for it - I wondered on one occasion if you had deleted the service from your portfolio so please have a look at this aspect.
