"Courtesy mini bus does not run at Liverpool, but have used it at other PP airport car parks, and they are very efficient. On on this occasion, the number plate recognition system did not work, but the chap in the office was very helpful and friendly. Thank you. "

"cannot rate courtesy bus service as parked on long stay car park right opposite terminal entrance which is excellent, have used purple parking on several ocassions now and each time have had no issues at all from booking online which is very simple , entering car park its number recognition barrier openes drive to empty car park space which I have never had trouble finding car parked in a monitored site 24hrs hours a day. On return use ticket that was issued on entering and off you go on your journey back home could not be any easier and much cheaper than using taxis."

"Airport parking - it worked. Booked, turned up, parked, left. Straightforward service with easy booking process. Thanks. Note I did not use a courtesy bus, nor was any customer service involved, so those criteria are N/A. May I suggest you add N/A to the ratings? Thanks"
