Cancellations made with at least 24 hrs notice are refunded in full. Within 24 hrs bookings are charged in full.

- The Meet & Greet area is on the right hand side and is sign posted.

Arrival Procedure
PLEASE CALL 01582 726960 or 01582 726189 WHEN YOU ARE 10 MINUTES FROM ARRIVING AT THE AIRPORT. If coming by the M1 motorway, please telephone us as you leave the motorway or if coming another route, please telephone just before approaching the airport this gives our drivers time to meet you at the same time. Make your way to the Short Term Car Park. Take a ticket and enter the car park. The Meet & Greet area is on the right hand side and is sign posted. Please give the entry ticket and parking voucher to our driver and please confirm your dates, return flight and arrival times.
Transfer Details
Transfers are not required as this is a meet and greet service. Your car is collected and returned to you at the airport.

Central Car Storage Off Airport Parking is located 1 mile from the airport.
Departure Procedure
On your return, please collect your luggage and clear customs before telephoning us, we will then bring your car back to the drop off point at the Meet & Greet area of the Short Stay Car Park. Please note there is a fee, set by the airport, of £1 to exit the car park and that you will need to leave the car park within 10 minutes to avoid additional charges. Full return instructions will be provided on arrival at the car park.
