Cancellations made with at least 48 hrs notice are refunded in full. Within 48 hrs bookings are charged in full.

Arrival Procedure

Drivefly will call 20 - 30 minutes prior to your booked arrival time to confirm the meet time. IT IS IMPORTANT THAT YOU CALL DRIVEFLY ON 07955 055777 or 07955 055700 IF YOU ARE RUNNING LATE OR EARLY. On arrival at the airport follow the signs for Short Stay parking. Take a ticket and enter the Short Stay car park. Continue driving forward and park in the designated Meet & Greet pick up/drop off point which is next to the pay machine. You will be met here by your chauffeur who will have your booking details and will be wearing a black jacket with the Drivefly company logo on it.

Transfer Details

Transfers are not required as this is a meet and greet service. Your car is collected and returned to you at the airport.

Departure Procedure

On your return, please call 07955 055777 or 07955 055700 once you have collected all of your luggage. The chauffeur will deliver your vehicle to you at the pick-up point.

"Because you are told to call on return once you have picked up bags this makes for quite a long wait for the car to be returned, similar to waiting for a bus and therefore does not really live up to the name "meet and greet". On the outward journey however we were able to drop the car and go."

"The staff were excellent and pick and delivery times of our car was faultless. My only criticism is the site of the Meet & Greet at Luton airport situated in the short term car park, it was a bit chaotic in the car park no specific areas for the cars to be parked for collection or delivery, or for customers to wait for their cars they just had to stand around in the middle of a very busy car park, if there was it wasn't obvious and all mixed in with traffic trying to use the car park."

"It wasn't clear initially if I had to put in the departure time or my expected time of arrival at the airport but a phone call helped me with that. Also wasn't sure exactly where to go once I got to the car park - was told a blue fence on the right hand side but rather difficult to see blue at 4am! All sorted eventually and, once you know the drill, nice and easy."

"Overall very good and at a pretty good price (other in our party did get a marginally better price with other suppliers) - but the car park was very busy and got gridlocked - especially on collection. This is particularly frustrating after flights etc especially when you have your luggage and your car and just want to leave. Otherwise, happy with the service."

"Overall service was efficient & friendly with car returned on time. On arrival the car park directions to the meet & greet area & the complete lack of signs held us up a tad. Directions were extremely vague & took us to the wrong part of car park, while any signs for meet & greet were so well hidden 4 of us didn't actually manage to see any even when it turned out we were parked directly opposite the zone. Reading through reviews prior to booking this seems to be the most common gripe so, some better signage would really help."
