"Good service however information re Durham Tees Valley is misleading and led me to look for non existent airport information office - having located the duty airport manager I was informed correct procedure was to quote booking reference number at car park barrier on exit."

"teesside airport don't have any facility for getting prepaid customers out of the car park. You have to press the help button on thebarrier and explain your situation. Its all a bit amateurish. No courtest buses. The carpark is very close to the terminal and doesn't need them"
