  • From the North:
  • Take the M3 to Southampton and join the M27 West at Junction 14.
  • Exit the M27 at Junction 3 and take the M271 (S) to Southampton & the Docks.
  • At the end of the M271 take the 1st exit on to the A33 towards the City Centre and the Docks.
  • Follow the signs to the Waterfront.

 

 

  • From the East/West:
  • Take the the M27 to Junction 3.
  • Join the M271 (S) to Southampton & the Docks.
  • At the end of the M271 take the 1st exit on to the A33 towards the City Centre and the Docks.
  • Follow the signs to the Waterfront.

Arrival Procedure

PLEASE CALL OUR CHAUFFEURS ON 07540 794007  WHEN YOU ARE 30 MINUTES AWAY FROM ARRIVING AT THE CRUISE PORT. YOUR CHAUFFEUR WILL THEN ARRANGE TO MEET YOU AT THE DOCKING STATION.

QEII terminal - Enter the docks through Dock Gate 4.  Then follow signs for your cruise ship.  Once at the cruise terminal, traffic marshals will direct to the right up a ramp into a large baggage drop off hanger.  Once you have unloaded your bags drive back out of this hanger and across the road into the sign posted short stay car park.  The driver will be waiting for you here.  

Ocean Terminal- Enter the docks through Dock Gate 4.  Then follow signs for your cruise ship.  Once at the cruise terminal, traffic marshals will direct you into the baggage drop off lanes.  Once you have unloaded your bags, drive across into the short stay car park.  The short stay car park is adjacent to the drop off lanes less than 20 metres away.  Enter through either entrance barrier, and please be mind-full to keep hold of your parking ticket to give to our driver.  The driver will be waiting for you towards the end of the car park, close to the grey booth.

City Terminal - Enter the docks through either Dock Gate 8 or 10.  Then follow signs for your cruise ship.  Once at the cruise terminal, traffic marshals will direct into the baggage drop off lanes.  Once you have unloaded your bags please drive across into the sign posted short stay car park.   The driver will be waiting for you here. 

Mayflower - Enter the docks through Dock Gate 10.  Then follow signs for your cruise ship.  Once at the cruise terminal, traffic marshals will direct into the under-cover baggage drop off lanes.  Once you have unloaded your bags please drive across into the sign posted short stay car park.    The short stay car park is just about opposite the large ‘Departures’ end of the drop off lanes.  So when exiting these lanes turn back on yourself and the short stay is just over the zebra crossing on your left. The driver will be waiting for you here.

 

Transfer Details

Transfers are not required as this is a meet and greet service. Your car is collected and returned to you at the port.

When you know what time you are disembarking, please call the chauffeur number to arrange the return of your car.
