- We will help load your bags onto the courtesy coach.
- We park your car whilst you are taken to the airport.

- From the M11: Exit at Junction 8 and take the A120 towards Bishop's Stortford.
- Follow the A120 until you reach the roundabout with the B1383.
- Take the 3rd exit onto the B1383 (Stansted Road) and follow the road for about 1½ miles onto Cambridge Road.
- Concord Park & Ride is located on the right just before Barclays Bank.

Arrival Procedure
YOU MUST PHONE CONCORD PARK & RIDE 10 MINUTES PRIOR TO YOUR ARRIVAL ON 01279 817786 or 07789 210534. On arrival at the car park follow the signs to arrivals, park and unload and report to reception. Have your booking confirmation and car keys with you. Then board the courtesy coach for transfer to the airport.
Departure Procedure
Call 07789 210534 when you have collected your baggage and proceed to the pick-up point in the lower car park.

Concord Park & Ride is located approximately 6 miles from the airport terminal.
Opening Periods
The car park is open 365 days a year.
Cancellations
Cancellations made with at least 24hrs notice will be refunded in full. Bookings that are cancelled with less than 24hrs notice will be charged in full.
