Cancellations

Cancellations made with at least 24 hrs notice are refunded in full. Within 24 hrs bookings are charged in full.

"Car was still in the Meteor pound covered in snow and frozen when I arrived. I took a lift back to the pound with the drivers and helped them to clear the snow etc.. Everyone friendly and helpful, but they weren't organised. It wasn't really a valet service!!! No doubt the snow and ice caused them problems."
