Security Measures

The car park has 24 hour manned security, fencing and a gated entry.

Cancellations

Cancellations made with at least 24 hrs notice are refunded in full. Within 24 hrs bookings are charged in full.

Arrival Procedure

Please call 07939 042857 ten minutes before arriving at the airport. 
We will then advise you of which short stay car park, usually RED, that you should make your way to.
This will be located at the front of the airport terminal.

Please drive to the barriers at departure level at the terminal where the Automatic Number Plate Recognition will let you through. If you need any assistance please use the intercom and make sure you have your confirmation and reference ready.

Transfer Details

Transfers are not required with this service as your car is collected from you and returned to you at the airport.

Departure Procedure

"Best meet and greet I have encountered, and I've used a few, . Met within 2 mins of arrival, prompt courteous service. Rang after pickup up luggage and just before walking through customs and the car was waiting for us by the time we walked down one floor and out to the short stay car park. Excellent service."

"Car was still in the Meteor pound covered in snow and frozen when I arrived. I took a lift back to the pound with the drivers and helped them to clear the snow etc.. Everyone friendly and helpful, but they weren't organised. It wasn't really a valet service!!! No doubt the snow and ice caused them problems."

"Cancelled the appointment via e-mail on the 2nd ie more than 24hours before I was due for meet and greet. I was stuck in Egypt due to Gatwick snow. I have not yet received a refund or notification of a refund. "

"The service was excellent but I have big query why wheel guards of car covered in heavy mud and lots of mud inside my car - there had been brown paper put on floor of driving seat but lots of dried mud still on carpet. Was my car parked in a muddy field?????"
