- When you arrive at the car park's Drop Off area, Simply leave your car with a member of our staff.
- Then get aboard one of our courtesy buses.
- We will park your car for you at our secure car park whilst you are driven to the airport.

CSL Car Storage operates between 04:00 and Midnight each day. If a customer's flight is scheduled to land outside of this period they will not be able to accommodate the booking. However in the event of a flight delay they will wait for passengers.
Cancellations
Cancellations made with at least 24 hrs notice are refunded in full. Within 24 hrs bookings are charged in full.

- From the M11: Exit at Junction 8 and take the A120 to Stansted Airport.
- On arrival at the airport follow signs for the Short Stay Car Park.
- DO NOT ENTER THE SHORT STAY CAR PARK.
- When you reach Coopers End Roundabout before the Short Stay Car Park and the terminal, take the 4th exit signposted Takeley.
- At the mini-roundabout turn left, drive for approx 0.7 miles and you will see the CSL Drop Off area in front of Network House.
- From Colchester: Take the A120 to Stansted Airport.
- On arrival at the airport follow signs for the Short Stay Car Park.
- DO NOT ENTER THE SHORT STAY CAR PARK.
- When you reach Coopers End Roundabout before the Short Stay Car Park and the terminal, take the 4th exit signposted Takeley.

Arrival Procedure
On arrival at the CSL Drop Off area, Park your car in the area at the front of the building and report to reception. Your details will be checked and you will be required to leave your car keys, your car will be checked and photographed including the mileage and moved to one of our secure parking areas. You will then be transferred to the front of the terminal which is a journey time of 3 minutes.

CSL Car Storage offers courtesy transfers to and from the airport on demand, which take 3 minutes.

Departure Procedure
On arrival back to Stansted Airport once you have cleared Passport Control and have all your bags, call us on 08000 599589 and make your way to the pick up point which is located on the lower level in the Short Stay car park, where you will be collected and transferred back to your car. (DO NOT CALL BEFORE YOU HAVE YOUR BAGGAGE AS WE ONLY HAVE 15 MINUTES IN THE CAR PARK BEFORE AN ADDITIONAL CHARGES WILL APPLY)
