How do I become a member?

To become a member and get the best possible prices click on the Members tab at the top of the page and then click the register link on the next page displayed.

Why do I have to complete my Profile at registration?

This profile contains your personal data pertaining to a booking, such as name, address, car registration, and credit card payment details. Without the data we cannot complete a booking. We store this data and use it to complete your bookings when you book.

Do my credit card details have to be stored?

To become a member, customers are given the option to their payment details but this is not a condition of membership

How secure are my details?

We store your details on our secure server Part of your profile creation is to set up a password that is memorable to you. This together with your login becomes your unique key to accessing your profile. As a member you have complete control of your data. You are able to amend your personal details and there is no need to phone us as it is under your control.

Your password is stored away from your personal data. Your data is only accessed through an encrypted form of the password.

The system will automatically check your password when you create it and will not allow insecure ones like "ABCDEFG" orSequences like "123456" or nanana. Note this will also prohibit words like CANADA because the letter A is repeated every other letter.

For added security, as part of your profile creation, you will need to create a security question and response (the security question response must be more than one word).

If you forget your password, and you click on the forgotten your password button, then this question and its response form part of the two stage security check, that you must pass before you can change your password.

How do I book once I have registered?

Once you are a member, in order to book just access the 'My Bookings' option and enter your login details.

This will provide you with the option to 'Book Now' and you should enter your travel requirements here for a competative quote.

The standard availability page will be displayed. Click on the parking option you require and the personal details page will be displayed, pre-filled with the data from your profile. You may change this if you wish but any new data will only be valid for this booking. You should use the Update option on the main 'My Bookings' page to permanently change your profile data. You can now click continue and complete the next two pages to complete your booking.

How do I change my profile after I have registered?

On the home page, click on the 'My Bookings' option. Once the log-in page has been displayed, enter your login and password then, once you are logged in, select the Update option.

I have forgotten my password?

On the home page, click on the 'My Bookings' option. Once the log-in page has been displayed click on the forgotten your password button. Enter your user name and then answer the security question which then give you the option to enter a new password.

Can I get an e-mail confirmation of my booking?

If you have completed all the booking steps correctly, an automatic e-mail confirmation of the booking will be sent to the e-mail address provided in your profile. However, you will not receive a booking confirmation e-mail if the e-mail address provided in your profile is not correct.

What should I put in the promo code field if I do not have one?

If you do not have one, do not worry. As a member, you are automatically given a discount when you book, so you can leave it blank.
