Very efficient and easy. Well organised and clean toilets! Bus driver very helpful and cheerful. The sign asks you to use seat belts on the bus and mine wasn’t working. No one wore seats belts!

IWhen I book with Purple I do not expect an ACP carpark. Like many others, I wasted an hour on wrong bus at Gatwick.

Always book through Purple Parking and either park with them or on this occasion APH. I have used both before and never had any problems. Friendly staff, efficient service, car park is secure and the facilities clean

No a lot really. The only thing that would have made it better was if the shuttle bus left as soon as we got on. We only had to wait about 10 mins anyway

The booking and collection was fine. But I made a mistake on the return date but was not able to change the return date online. Had to wait 20mins on the phone to speak to some one only to find out office is not 24hrs operation as advertised.
