Why do I have to give my credit card details?
If your Deals Tokens do not arrive you will be contacted and asked if you require us to take the full amount from your card.
Why can't I use my Debit Card to guarantee my booking online?
Regrettably, the Tesco booking pages are currently not set up to allow the use of debit cards .
My Deals Tokens are in my wife’s name, can I book with them?
Yes you can provided you have her permission!
Why is one car park more expensive than another?
Costs vary depending on the date, time and location around the UK. All prices are variable and seasonal and can change at any time. Please remember that when you have been to our website for a quotation, you must ensure you have exchanged your Clubcard vouchers into Deals Tokens before you telephone to book, or if you choose to book on-line.
Prices quoted cannot be guaranteed until booked.
Do you have parking at Stansted as it is not shown on the website or in the Deals booklet?
No! There is no Park and Ride service at Stansted.
What does it mean when an airport car park is “sold out”?
Car parks, like hotels, only have so much space, once all the spaces are booked and the car park is full, it becomes ‘sold out’. We are unable to guarantee that you will be able to book the car park you require, particularly at ‘peak’ holiday periods. Our advice to you is to book your parking when you book your flight/holiday etc., do not leave it until it is too late!
Why do prices differ for the same airport location?
Just like any other travel related service prices are seasonal and can vary according to the time of year. If there is a time delay between obtaining a quote on the website and making a booking, it is possible that the price may have changed.
Can I phone any purpleparking telephone number to make a booking?
No! Tesco telephone bookings can only be made by telephoning the dedicated Tesco phone line on
