Driver to announce which terminal you are at would help. Some passengers were not sure if to get off at North to train it to South or if the coach going on to South terminal.

Horrid hotel. Horrible location. Scary drunk man trying to get into our building. Disinterest manager. It was terrible start to holiday. Hot, noisy room.
