Had a terrible experience, got to the hotel at Heathrow and the Novotel had no record of my booking they then tried to charge me again for parking

No problems with hotel booking (we booked hotel with drive n fly). Staff greeted us in the short stay car park and car was already there upon our return. Fab service!

Very good location for the hotel and good value rate for dinner bed and breakfast. Pool area and changing not the best but was fine for a quick stopover

The car park booking was not received by purple parking at the airport so I had to pay again. You did not send me email confirming details of booking so I went to wrong novotel hotel before they sent me to the right one
