Awful experience! I’ve raised one complaint successfully regarding the lack of parking at the hotel and tried several times to raise another regarding the cleanliness of the room and an injury caused to my son from the bed and the app won’t “save” my details

We nearly missed our flight! Courtesy taxi from hotel was booked for 3:30am, after hassling the hotel reception several times a taxi finally arrived at 4:15am. It was so stressful :-(

I have used you before with no problem but this time on return to collect vehicle we have been charged an extra £10 which was not explained to me on booking
