Thought I’d booked breakfast, found I hadn’t and got charged £51 which I thought was expensive, otherwise comfortable and good location.

We booked parking at the hotel and when we turned up, the parking wasn’t booked. I had to pay an extra £170 for the parking on top of the £270 for the hotel and parking I already booked.

Straightforward booking, good communication , everything went smoothly with both parking and hotel stay so very happy. However we only just managed to find a parking spot and wondered for future reference having pre- paid for a parking space what would happen if on arrival there were no parking spaces left?

Better communication of directions for meet and greet at stansted airport. I ended up paying £7 by exiting the incorrect exit on the roundabout and had no way of correcting this error.

Parking was fine but we were disappointed ?? with Radison hotel it’s tired and in need of a refurbishment. Also the dining / food options are limited and the cost of meals and drinks are high.

The hotel was NOT clean, dirty sheets had to change rooms. Second room curtains filthy with dust. Parking service was 10/10 though.

You had the wrong times on the system so we had to buzz into the car park. Then, on leaving they tried to charge us £25.00 because you put that we should have collected the car at midnight the night before.

On arrival at the hotel, there were no car spaces available and had to drop off luggage but waited in a queue at reception. More cars arrived and blocked me in. I have now received a parking penalty !!!!

Fantastic, booked as a secret hotel got the Raddison Blu. Unfortunately the bar area was closed. I phoned holiday extras to get advice to get to the car park and the girl I spoke to was very helpful and friendly. It was a lovely start to our holiday experience.

Trying to book in was a nightmare. Not enough staff on, queue huge. No one directed us as to where our room was. We were given a twin instead if a double as booked so had to wait to be brought new keys. Restaurant food was waaay too over priced for the food that was served. No atmosphere in the hotel. Just didn't enjoy the stay at all.
