It always is hard work getting cases to and from the bus to your car. Sometimes the car has been resisted and seems miles to walk after a long journey.

After having a 25 hour delay home from Malaga with easyjet and no other way home , no fault our own , we were welcomed home with a extra car park charge at silver zone parking and a long wait while everyone requested receipts for unexpected additional charges

When we returned home we was told that our car was parked in a bay when we got there the bay was empty, spoke to one of the workers that went to investigate only to be told they didn’t know where my car was and had to look on cctv to locate it it was found down the bottom of another car park I feel this is disgusting not knowing where my car was parked when it was I trusted to them I always us purple parking when I fly from Gatwick never a issue this is the first time I have fly from Bristol and I am due to fly again in 3 weeks but was so disappointed with the seeing I received
