What to do when you arrive:

When you arrive, there will be a sliding gate at the entrance, which will open to let you in. Park in any available space and then head over to the reception desk to confirm your details and provide your keys. The friendly staff will direct you towards the the shuttle bus.

How to get to Dover Port:

There is a bus transfer to the cruise terminals included in the price - the car park staff will even help you and your bags onto it. The journey takes only six minutes, and runs on request between 7am and 6pm so you'll be setting sail in no time. If you are journeying outside of these hours, however, you'll need to make your own way to and from the car park.

What to do when you return:

Call the car park so they are notified of your return, and they will send the bus out to meet you and take you back to the car park. Collect your keys from reception and set off for home!

  • - If you are only parking for one day, you will need to pay for the shuttle transfer, which will cost £5.

  • - Transfers don't run on Christmas Day, Boxing Day or New Years Day.
