On our return, very dissatisfied as it took us 50 mins to arrive at the car park , when it advertises 15 mins.

Whoever I have booked a car park(till I booked with you) gives the address af the place and some directions. You saved me this details and as a result I went to a wrong car park and almost missed my flight. So if you really want to improve your service(which I doubt) do so as well. Before I go I rang 3 times and asked 3 times whether I have been booked with you and the answer was always "Yes". What was my surprise when I arrived at Purple car park near Gatwik and was told that if I want to leave my car there will have to pay 25 pounds per day....Then I had to call that number again and ask where actually I was supposed to be. And etc.

The drivers attitude when being picked up from the airport was disgraceful. Very rude, unhelpful and he didn’t seem to have any idea what he was doing and whom he was picking up.

Not sure what the difference is between companies - we booked purple parking but we were served by Cophall parking, presume they are all the same company. Our driver on outward journey was fab, calm and willing to engage in conversation despite it being 4am. Girls on the desk were brill and very friendly. Return pickup was very good - it was busy and the traffic was awful, but genuinely the buses arrived every 2 or 3 minutes. Would've given a 10/10 had it not been that our return driver had a very aggressive driving style and made us feel uncomfortable. Yes he got us back swiftly but we had 2 near misses due to mis-reading developing situations due to haste and the passengers all went very quiet. It was his last run of the day so was eager to finish - but he did still stay and unload the bags. We got there in one piece so this is only a small thing - I was going to mention it but the girls on the desk were so jolly and happy I didn't bother. Would definitely use them again.

Used Purple Parking many times. Drop off was easy with no problems, collection from airport dreadful. From initial call to say we’d arrived, to collection from bus stop took 45 minutes!! One minibus arrived but too many people so driver said second minibus along shortly.........it wasn’t! Reason given, change of shift.

Booking was easy, thank you. Message for the car park - it’s ok to slide the seat to drive the car but Please do not adjust the seat height and back rest, really not necessary and annoying for my getting back in my car!
