Drive to the Sofitel Hotel car park and head to the dedicated meet and greet area. Once you've parked in the meet and greet bay, take a ticket and you will be met by a uniformed driver. Check your car in with them, hand over your keys and walk to the terminal in just 3 minutes.
How to get to Gatwick Airport:
You're only a few minutes away from the terminal, so won't have to fuss around with transfers as you're already there! Just make the quick stroll to departures while your driver takes your vehicle to a secured site, where it will stay for the duration of your trip.
What to do when you return:
Collect your luggage and then call the car park to request the driver to meet you with your car. You'll then be given instructions on where to meet your driver. Finally, simply head to where the driver will be waiting, and then set off for home and celebrate your hassle-free airport parking experience!

Holiday Extras Meet & Greet at Gatwick North comes with a No Wait Guarantee. If you have to wait longer than 10 minutes for your car to be returned you'll be refunded 25%. Any longer than 20 minutes you'll be refunded 50% and if you're waiting longer than 40 minutes you'll get all your money back.
This No Wait Guarantee applies as long as:
- - You've provided the correct return flight number, landing date and time.
- - Your flight doesn't land unannounced, more than 15 minutes early.
- - There aren't any vehicle issues that prevent or delay the return of your vehicle, including mechanical, electrical or fuel.
- - There are no road closures or accidents on the journey.
- - Heightened security doesn't slow down entry to the airport.
Accessibility:
This service is suitable for customers with limited mobility, as a shuttle bus isn't needed.
Additional information:
- - If you are late on returning, you have up to midnight on the date you have booked to collect your car. If you go past this time, you will be charged for the extra parking at a rate of £10 a day.
- - Your car will be parked in a secured compound, up to 6 miles away from the airport
- - Most standard cars (without trailers/not commercial vehicles/no more than 7 seats) will be accepted at the car park as long as they fit in a standard-size parking bay (2.4m x 4.8m). There's no height restriction.
- - All airport fees are included.
- - Don't forget to print your booking confirmation and take it with you as the car park will need to see this when you arrive.
