Hotel and parking were excellent. My only gripe, was with large chippings surface in the Short Stay car park.

Really happy. Great service, hotel and parking worked a dream. Slight wait for pick up on return at airport but on tge whole very happy.

Hotel was lovely, staff very helpful, friendly and polite, very comfortable, only spoilt by noisy drunken people, but that’s not the hotels fault....would defiantly stay again if flying from Birmingham
