Please note that quotes and bookings can now only be made online where you can get the best rates available.

Amend & Cancel

If you need to Amend or Cancel your booking - this can only be done via email. Please email changes@purpleparking.com. Please note that changes must adhere to the terms and conditions shown on your booking confirmation.

Questions before making a booking 

If you have an enquiry regarding a booking you want to make or a car park you want to book finding answers to your questions is simple. Use the red Help button, which can be found at the bottom right of all pages of our website at purpleparking.com. If you cannot find what you are looking for, submit a query via the Contact Us button and we will get in touch to assist you. 

If you are departing today

If you are departing today and have a query regarding your booking for any carpark other than Purple Parking Heathrow, you need to call the car park direct. The number to call can be found on the top of your confirmation.

If you are departing today and you are parking at Purple Parking Heathrow, please call us.

If you wish to make a complaint, please note that this can only be submitted via email. Please email customer.relations@purpleparking.com and a member of our Customer Relations team will get back to you within 24 hours Monday to Friday.

Our Purple Parking Business site is at: Purple Parking, 169 Brent Road, Southall, Middlesex. UB2 5LE

From the M25:

Leave the motorway at Junction 15 and follow the M4 signposted to London.

From the M4:

Leave the motorway at Junction 3 and follow the A312 North, signposted to Hayes and Western International Market.

After 500 yards at the first roundabout, turn right by Tesco in the direction of Southall onto Hayes Road then follow the directions from Hayes Road.

From the A40(M):

Follow the A312 south, signposted to Hayes after two roundabouts and an underpass.

Turn left at the next roundabout by Tesco in the direction of the Western International Market / Southall onto Hayes Road then follow the directions from Hayes Road.

From Hayes Road:

Go past the Western International Market and after about 500 yards, drive straight over the mini roundabout.

The road bears to the left over a canal bridge.

Brent Road is the next turning on the left at a mini roundabout. (used car lot on that corner)

Purple Parking is at the very end of Brent Road after bearing right at the International Trading Estate.
