Holiday Inn Worth

Perfect- large clean room with good facilities and good value breakfast. Staff were efficient- it worked really well, will definitely use this service when travelling again.

Holiday Inn Worth

The hotel moved my car (only a few spaces) and put the hand brake on so hard I could not release it. I had to go back to the hotel and ask for help. It was also backed against a lamppost so I could not get into the boot. The hotel room was icy cold and the heating didn't work. I put towels on the duvet to add extra warmth. Even the restaurant was cold with diners having jackets around their shoulders. This was not a 4 star hotel, I was missold!

Good hotel, lovely and comfortable bed. Easy and no hassle booking in/out. The only thing i'd say is that someone who moved our car left the car in gear...
