You need to advertise it better that you do bot allow disabled access vehicles. Which may or may not be illegal.

Make it crystal clear you don’t accept vans. Caused a lot of stress the morning of travel to be turned away with just a shoulder shrug.

why did my car have 40 miles on the speedo and when i collected it it was covered in building site dust, the interior carpets covered in mud.

From booking the parking with hotel and then on to purple parking in the morning of our travel,the booking in,the bus transport to the airport,and the pickup when we arrived back to collecting our car all very efficient highly recommend.

It was quite expensive and the hotel bar closed with no way of getting a drink. The manager on that night was a rather unfriendly man with a rather brusque attitude who seemed to forget that he is in the hospitality industry. I also had a vegan chocolate bar on the back seat of my car which seems to have disappeared. Having to pay for the bus when we had already paid for a 'package' seemed a tad unfair too.
