The Thistle Hotel had clean rooms and comfortable beds and its location close to T5 and Pod transfer is ideal. There was sufficient parking but I needed to search for a space.

Decent hotel with on site parking, the car park was full when we arrived, it took a long time to find a space to park. The pod to the terminal was great, very convenient as it was there waiting for us and took only a few minutes to get to the terminal from the hotel.

Hotel great for an overnight stay, nice bar. Parking on site. The only negative was that we had hoped to use the pods to get to terminal 5 but they aren't operating at the moment.

The hotel wi-fi was very weak and while we were away, someone stole the catalytic converter off our car, which was parked 50 metres from a door leading to reception.

Car park virtually solid with cars, v difficult to find any spaces. Hotel checked us in to a room that was already occupied Service in restaurant and bar very poor

Clean up your car park and it’s cramped to capacity, cut back overhanging trees, train your staff to supply accurate information regarding the hub times of operation and don’t claim low discounted prices and then charge the maximum

Hotel was very good (bedrooms and bathroom a little tired but fine for overnight stay. Like the idea of parking the car and it not being moved and the fact that we keep the keys.

Extremely convenient for arriving at LHR T5, excellent accommodation and efficient handling. Parking arrangements and POD to T5 could not be better. Keep it up!
