Smooth process but we needed a slightly earlier bus in the morning. Our group of 8 all had golf clubs and the bus was crowded. Perhaps prior warning of such a large group could lead to a larger or 2nd bus.

Only slight negative was having to run out to the car in the morning with the ticket for the dashboard. Also having the price of the shuttle included would have been great to reduce fiddling with tickets on board, but I'm only nitpicking to be honest because it was a great service.

Our stay at the novotel was epic ,great rooms better food ,parking was a doddle too with convenient transfer to airport ......just perfect

Very difficult to find the way out of the car park.Vehicles were parked at random and there were no exit signs.

The experience was great, apart from no spaces in car park. We drive around the park many times, then see reception to say we cannot park. After some time we are taken to staff parking area.

Everything ran smoothly from start to collecting car from hotel. Only issue I had was having to pay £3 each x 4 journeys for transfer from hotel to airport
