There was a nice choice of food & drink available

there was no contact number to contact you to arrange the correct time to take our vehicle, we were on the phone for 4 hours to various people trying to get us a number to no avail so it cost us £70 return in taxis. it was on our flight mandate that we've paid for airport parking and nobody had a clue what to do.
