We have always been happy with purple parking but this time the parking area was not well situated as before we have parked then bus has taken us to airport door but this time we had a long walk in the rain which was not ideal and going away again in November but will use different carpark nearer to airport as travelling with elderly parent and just to far to walk for them .

Once again we were unable to use our Aberdeen airport lounge tickets as you booked us in for ,13.00. Aberdeen lounge closes at 12 midday EVERY Saturday so why did you take our money. I am so frustrated at your atrocious customer service as you have ignored my ,,,9 emails. How do I get our money refunded?

I was unable to use my lounge passes. The lounge closes at midday every Saturday and you booked me in for 13.00 as my flight was 16.10. I have emailed you 4 times with no response.
