By ensuring your records are updated to prevent customers who have pre paid are not stopped at the barrier and told they have to pay additional parking fee's of £280. This happened to me and undid any relaxing effect my holiday had on me. It also delayed my onward journey after a long flight, because the phone was not picked up by a member of your staff for several minutes. Thereafter the person whom I spoke with appeared to be unsure of how to deal with the matter, despite me quoting my booking reference number to him. It took a second male member of staff to deal with the call and for me to quote my reference number again, before the barrier was released to allow me to exit the car park. I hasten to add, no apology was offered for the incident or for the delay in my journey.
