The meet and greet has moved much further away from the departures hall, not easy if you have difficulty walking ( at Birmingham) I would need dropping off first. No mention of the change of site from the original meet and greet area.

Worked very well, only slight issue was that the car took 5 mins to get there and the area wasn't very well lit, and there wasn't a single representative to meet us.

I love Meet n Greet service - Birmingham Airport - both arrive and return drivers were on time, parking places easy to get to, telephone calls answered quickly and car in good condition.

The reception on arrival was polite and organised. Collecting the car on return to Birmingham was very poor. The staff were more interested in joking with each other than in sorting out my car and actually sent me to another valet service provider. The old service with Meteor was much better and offered shelter from the weather. No effort at a meet and greet service, "Stand there your car will arrive shortly" Which turned out to be over 15 minutes. Not impressed.

Had to wait around 15 minutes for car to be returned to me. This was despite phoning as soon as I came through customs. Much quicker access to car at Meet and Greet at East Midlands and Manchester airports.

You had our car for 2 weeks and ‘ran out of time to clean it inside and out’. What is really annoying is you did the outside and charged me for that so now I have a dirty inside of the car and won’t be able to get the usual ‘£x for inside and out’. How hard can it be to clean a car in two weeks?
